I love no - carve pumpkin decorating for several reasons:

1. No slime
2. They last longer
3. You can design them to fit your decor theme and/or your party theme.
4. The pumpkins can go from regular fall decor/display to an entire new look in a          short amount of time.
5. You can create an elegant setting that is hard to do with a carved pumpkin
6.  You can decorate a fake pumpkin and save it for next year

From sparkles to painting, upholstery tacks to ribbon or any combination of materials.  The possibilities are endless.  Find Free Stencils and how to Video's at the bottom of the blog.

Let's get this pumpkin decorating party started with some amazing ideas.

Sparkle and Shine

This is one of my favorite ~~  fine glitter, larger confetti sprinkled about and a beautiful ribbon adorning the stem.  Finish with an acrylic spray or sealer.

Your choices of color combinations is endless.
Let your imagination come out and play and have fun.

Fun Ideas with various techniques

For my crafty talented friends these intricately painted pumpkins are amazing!

Leaves cut out of cloth                               Simply Stenciled: Ladies Home Journal

Use sequins and a spider or small bling                   Twist sequins into a flower & hot glue

Twine and/or wire beautifully adorns these pumpkins giving them a relaxed rustic look.

Paint, glued on plastic spiders, upholstery tacks and ribbon take these pumpkins from boring to fun.

Paint them with glow in the dark paint or add glow in the dark spiders for a unique an eerie night element.

In a big hurry, use stickers and a coat of Mod Podge, clear coat or a spray on sealer/acrylic paint.

Painted whimsy and an one that is a little spooky

Who said you had to just do one design!
Stripes, dots, plaid and more..........FUN!

I love the black and white theme. Stencil or freehand, adorn the stem with ribbon and leaves.
How cute would these painted pumpkins be hanging from a shepherds hook on your porch!

It was really hard to narrow down the selection of decorated pumpkins to share with you.

Reading and sourcing for unique & various types of no-carved pumpkins was so much Fun!  I hope you find some great ideas and inspiration to make your fall and holidays unique and fun.
