DIY part II of our Beach Combers projects and ideas to inspire you!  
Bring the beach home with you and preserve those wonderful memories.  




This is one of my favorite picture/shadow box ideas.  A map of where your memories were made, the scrabble tiles (you could spell out your name) and your favorite shells makes this uniquely yours.

Jars, vases and bowls are a beautiful way to display your shells.  Mix holiday or seasonal items with the shells.  I also love to add strings of pearls weaved into the shells.  



I made this beautiful candle (below) with shells I collected.
 I also created one that is variegated from blue to white.  This was an easy project using a candle cylinder.
As shown on the left I display these candles with sand and a few shells.
